Foundational Experience Required Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 7 years of Human Resources Management experience Knowledge of application of employment laws Experience in leading recruiting and staffing efforts for professional and production positions Demonstrated understanding and application of compensation practices and experience in salary and incentive plan administration Background administering employee health and welfare plans, and the ability to counsel employees relative to benefit issues Practiced in the application of performance management and career/professional development strategies and processes Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting trainingDesired Qualifications:
