Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees through effective employee orientation programs. Manage performance management systems by setting clear expectations, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being. Drive change management projects by implementing HR initiatives that support organizational transformation and improve operational efficiency. Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, HR legal compliance, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, and affirmative action planning. Utilize HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent platforms for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Oversee payroll processing using platforms like ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate compensation administration. Coordinate succession planning efforts to prepare future leaders and support organizational stability through strategic talent management. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, project management, and organization design. Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Taleo or similar platforms; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred. Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing tools like Kronos or Paylocity, and data analysis techniques using Excel or similar software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively while managing employee relations effectively. Ability to lead change initiatives confidently while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, employment & labor law compliance, and affirmative action planning is essential. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are advantageous.
