Job Description

We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor - Senior to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our CDBS (Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems) facility in Forest City, NC . •In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: •
Trusted HR Advisor:
Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality support to employees and managers, helping them navigate HR policies, programs, and processes with confidence.
Employee Lifecycle Expert:
Guide employees and leaders through key HR activities including onboarding, compensation, performance management, career transitions, separations, and other employee experience touchpoints.
Conflict Resolution Partner:
Support the resolution of employee relations matters by offering coaching, counseling, and practical solutions that foster positive workplace outcomes.
Employee Experience Champion:
Deliver seamless, end-to-end HR support tailored to local needs, ensuring employees receive the right assistance through the most effective channels.
Stakeholder Relationship Builder:
Establish strong partnerships with employees, managers, and HR teams to promote collaboration, trust, and effective communication across the organization.
Process Excellence Driver:
Ensure HR processes, data management, and service delivery are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
Compliance & Policy Advocate:
Help maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements while reducing risk and ensuring fair, consistent application of HR practices.
Continuous Improvement Leader:
Amplify employee and manager feedback, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive improvements that elevate HR service delivery and overall employee satisfaction. •To be successful in this role you will need the following: •
HR Expertise & Employee Advocacy:
Build strong employee and manager relationships by applying HR knowledge, employment practices, and sound judgment to effectively address concerns, manage conflict, and provide balanced solutions.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Execute HR processes accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies, legislative requirements, compensation programs, and governance standards.
Analytical Problem Solving:
Leverage data, insights, and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Customer-Focused Communication & Collaboration:
Deliver clear, tailored communication, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, embrace diverse perspectives, and provide exceptional support that enhances the employee and manager experience.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field highly preferred
Experience:
Intermediate level relevant work experience required.
Operational Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes to reduce inefficiencies, enhance service delivery, and provide timely, high-quality solutions that meet evolving business and customer needs.
Customer Experience Management:
Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience by ensuring inquiries and requests are handled with ease, efficiency, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to resolution. Problem Solving with

Systems and Technology Acumen:
