Multi-site responsibility (Colorado, Florida, North Carolina) Position Summary The Human Resources Manager - Lindsay Precast serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies Onboarding & New Hire Integration Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations Ensure effective integration of new hires Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as primary HR contact across locations Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution Ensure consistent application of policies Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states Support audits and maintain documentation Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 3-5+ years of HR experience Strong recruiting and generalist background Multi-state experience preferredBenefits
