HR Manager📍 Charlotte Metro Area | Onsite | Manufacturing EnvironmentA well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources operations at a busy production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and HR support for both employees and plant leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys being visible on the plant floor, and has experience supporting a large hourly workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day HR operations for a manufacturing facilityServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations mattersManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positionsDrive onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiativesPartner with leadership on performance management and workforce planningSupport investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy administrationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsReview payroll-related information and support compensation administrationMaintain HRIS records and reporting accuracyProvide leadership and oversight to an HR support professional
