Job Description
The HR Operations Manager is the strategic and operational HR leader for the manufacturing site, partnering with plant leadership to build organizational capability, strengthen culture, and drive results. This role leads labor and employee relations, ensures compliance, drives safety and risk reduction, oversees workforce planning, develops leaders, and promotes high standards of performance and accountability. Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferred emphasis in Human Resources- 5+ Years of progressive HR experience 5+ Years of supervisory Experience 5+ Years supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development. Proven experience coaching leaders, driving workforce strategies, and influencing organizational culture. Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development. Proven experience coaching leaders, driving workforce strategies, and influencing organizational culture.
- SHRM SCP or SPHR certification preferred
