Job Description
Human Resources Manager Our Concord, NH client is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their team. If you have at least three years of well-rounded experience and would enjoy wearing multiple hats in a small, nonprofit setting, then consider this direct-hire role! Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager Lead and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS records management, employee relations, training and development, safety, and compliance Serve as primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries Draft, revise, and maintain employee handbook and HR policies Track metrics and prepare reports for leadership Identify and implement HR best practices Maintain relationships with third party vendors Foster a positive, safe work environment Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in an HR support role Experience with full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Proficiency in MS Office Suite Familiarity with Bamboo HR or other HR software and payroll systems preferred High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse teams Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Nonprofit experience is a plus We look forward to connecting with you about this Human Resources Manager opportunity!
