Job Description
THE JOB:
Make an impact through leadership and collaboration. As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you'll guide and support a team of scheduling professionals, drive operational efficiency, and partner closely with leadership to ensure workforce needs are met and business goals are achieved.THE DAY-TO-DAY
Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists' skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries Balance specialists' workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations Ensure the Workforce Management team's completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High School Diploma or GED is Required Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required 2+ years of prior relevant experience is RequiredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
