This Long-term Contract position will serve as a key partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, policy application, compliance, and workforce practices. The role requires a hands-on HR leader with strong attention to detail who can strengthen manager capability, promote a positive employee experience, and use people data to support informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the review, maintenance, and local adaptation of HR policies to align with employment laws and organizational standards.
  • Advise managers and employees on workplace policies, employee relations matters, and practical HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues, including performance concerns, absence matters, disciplinary cases, grievances, and role exits, with fairness and legal compliance.
  • Partner with legal, operations, and people leadership teams to reduce employment risk, support governance activities, and maintain accurate audit-ready documentation.
  • Deliver training and guidance on policy updates, performance management, team effectiveness, and other people practices to build manager confidence and consistency.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with people leaders to understand team challenges, provide coaching, and support effective employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with operational stakeholders.
  • Drive local engagement and retention efforts through activities such as pulse surveys, 90-day check-ins, exit interviews, and follow-up action planning based on feedback.
  • Maintain country-level people resources and ensure internal HR information pages remain current, accurate, and useful for managers and employees.
  • Monitor trends in attrition, engagement, and employee relations, and provide insights that help guide workforce decisions and continuous improvement.
