You will be a trusted partner with business leaders and support business strategies and HR operating plans to drive business performance. You will coach business leadership on priorities; talent management, rewards and performance, culture and engagement, pipeline management and succession planning. How you will contribute Provide strategic HR leadership: Define People Strategy, translating business and operating model shifts into people strategies, workforce planning, and change roadmaps; own vision for the future of work, including AI evolution / implications Align people strategy with BU business strategy, with focus on building key stakeholder relationships, understand the commercial impact of people decisions in order to fulfill business priorities, and support business transformation /overheads management Deliver sustainable business value and growth by building and maintaining high-trust relationships with stakeholders, advising, influencing and driving business decision-making Pre-empt future HR concerns through use of data and analytics, leveraging internal/external insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy; uphold data quality and governance Lead business transformation including org design and change management to support evolving business needs Define capability needs: Partners CoE in providing thought leadership on current and future capabilities required to unlock business performance Coach senior leaders: unlock business performance through leadership coaching and development Ensure talent outcomes and succession planning: consistently develop and retain the right talent in the right roles to meet current and future succession needs Partner on talent decisions: work with leaders and Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs (including Early Careers) and implications on C&B strategies Cultivate high-performance culture: enable leaders to build high-engagement and associated actions Work closely with wider People team to deliver the Strategic HR to commercial functions; Commercial People leads in the Regions/BU's TA (Internal + Executive), CoE and People Experience teams What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Bachelor's Degree preferred 8+ years of experience within HRBP roles supporting business units Strong business acumen and leadership in HR. Understands commercial drivers and translates business needs into effective people strategies, build trust and credibility with senior leaders; challenges, coaches, and influences at all levels Ability to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growth Navigate complex, matrixed environments with ease; adapts approach to shifting priorities Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within
