Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while supporting employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, employee engagement, and talent initiatives. This position will play a critical role in helping Heart to Heart build a strong people-focused culture while ensuring consistent HR practices across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working directly with operational leaders and frontline staff. Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred. Experience 7-10 years of Human Resources experience. Employee relations and investigations experience required. Experience supporting managers in a multi-site environment preferred.
