We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and support a positive, productive workplace. If you are passionate about employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and developing strong teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily Human Resources functions Lead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and facility policies Oversee employee performance management and disciplinary processes Coordinate benefits administration and employee leave programs Partner with department leaders on staffing and workforce needs Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives Maintain confidentiality of employee information Conduct and/or coordinate staff training as needed Prepare HR reports and assist administration with workforce planning Support facility leadership with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous HR management experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
