Position Overview The Executive Development & Early Careers Lead will be responsible for the strategy and execution of both the Executive Development learning and Early Careers programs at Ralph Lauren. The position will lead and manage Executive Development deliver inspiring, engaging, and transformational learning and development experiences across our Enterprise and Global Leadership populations. The position will also lead programming for North America Early Career programs including internship and post-graduate cohorts as well as set best practices for global programs. The position is responsible for establishing and leading an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) within the People function, focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform HR processes, enhance employee experience, optimize operations, and drive strategic business value. You will work to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including internal teams across the organization, as well as external consultants / coaches, educational institutions and other relevant partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Executive Development & Early Career Create and execute on the strategy for all Executive Development experiences, including, but not limited to executive coaching engagements, executive education experiences, internal coaching program, learning and development programs and all learning tools and assessments. Create and execute on the strategy for all Early Careers Programing including, but not limited to the RL Inspire Internship program, RL Iconic Rotational program, RL Empower Store to Corporate program, and university & college partnerships. Lead team to develop best in class recruitment strategy for Early Careers programs that focuses on qualified and diverse candidates. Lead team to create & pilot best-in-class Early Careers programs to develop and grow new talent in the organization. Establish relationships with internal People Partners, enterprise and global leaderships assistants, stakeholders and external partners to ensure connectivity, coordination and clear communication of all programs and initiatives. Lead team to secure approvals for SOW's and MSA's in partnering with legal and vendors as well as process and track all invoices through the Ariba invoicing system, ensuring timely payments. Develop and facilitate a variety of Executive Development learning experiences including professional development, leadership skills, offsites, and conferences. Directly oversee and measure the sustained impact of all experiences and strategies. Own and track budgets. Partner with the Global Employee Learning Experience & BE Learning teams to gain insights on learning tools and initiatives to continue to amplify learnings and techniques to improve our processes and experiences. Research industry trends and benchmarks across the changing executive education landscape.
People AI and Digital COE Strategy and Product Management:
Define and execute the AI roadmap for People Team, leading the development and deployment of AI products and digital tools across various HR functions like talent acquisition and learning & development.
Architecture and Integration:
Design and implement AI architectures that integrate with existing HR systems.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
Partner with People leaders, data scientists, and other stakeholders, while also managing strategic partnerships with AI vendors.
Operational Excellence and Measurement:
Establish governance frameworks, manage budgets, ensure ROI, and implement KPIs to monitor AI effectiveness.
Communication and Innovation:
Communicate AI progress to stakeholders and stay updated on AI trends like Generative AI and Conversational AI.
Ethical AI and Leadership:
Champion responsible AI practices and lead a team of AI experts. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Strong leadership experience Previous experience with aspects of HR, including learning & development, performance management, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, problem resolution, and organizational development. Strong instructional design, program development & facilitation expertise both virtually and in person. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred). Expertise in AI disciplines such as ML, NLP, and Generative AI, with experience in training frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Familiarity with HR AI platforms (e.g., Workday, Eightfold) and experience leading AI initiatives. Understanding of ethical AI standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
