Job Description/Responsibilities:
Maintain regular contact with internal and external team members regarding staffing, program implementation and medical concerns. Attend all IDT and supervisory meetings Train, guide and support direct care staff that work at your location including completion of evaluations and disciplinary actions Enforce all policies and procedures Enforce direct care staff job descriptions Problem solving related to staffing and programmatic changes or complications Create weekly meal menus Ensure food and supplies are available at all times Record keeping of all receipts including house receipts and client funds Schedule, track and ensure staffing for all medical appointments Complete monthly reports Complete all HR duties as assigned Process payroll including the corresponding reports Minimize overtime through effective utilization of supervisory administration time through covering shifts as well as securing shift coverage from other personnel Ensure all health and safety standards are met through staff training and oversight as well as regular home inspections
Job Qualifications:
Must hold a valid driver's license Must have a registered and insured vehicle Must have a minimum education level of a G.E.D or a high school diploma Qualify for CCHS clearance Clear a COR review Minimum of one year experience in DD or related field Must be at least 21 years of age
