Responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster employee connection, satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. They use data-driven approaches to measure engagement, identify improvement opportunities, and create programs that make employees feel valued and motivated. Participates in the daily operation of the Human Resource office. Assist qualified Pueblo of Pojoaque Tribal members in employment opportunities with the Pueblo of Pojoaque Businesses by hiring, coaching and supporting their career growth.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and implement comprehensive engagement, recognition, and internal communication strategies that strengthen company culture, promote psychological safety, and align with business goals. Train and coach managers on engagement best practices, feedback delivery, and recognition, providing them with tools and team-specific insights. Organize company-wide celebrations, offsites, team-building activities, virtual engagement initiatives, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Launch initiatives focused on work-life balance and wellbeing while actively managing feedback channels to ensure timely responses. Act as a culture ambassador across all levels of the organization, creating content that celebrates wins and reinforces core values. Other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ANDABILITIES
): Proven track record of improving engagement metrics Experience with employee survey platforms and analytics tools Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools. Must be at least 21 years of age or older Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredREQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or related field 3 - 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR or organizational development Gaming Commission hiring requirements Driver's license requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
