Job Description
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable experience. Demonstrated experience partnering with and coaching business leaders on talent, organizational, performance, and employee matters. Experience supporting employee relations and union-represented populations, in partnership with Labor Relations or other subject matter experts. Experience across key HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations. Ability to operate effectively across site and broader functional responsibilities within a matrixed organization.WE VALUE
Experience supporting R D, engineering, scientific, or technical organizations. Experience working in a unionized environment. Experience with organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management. Strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to HR decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $113,491 - 142,119. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
