Human Resources Manager Simmons Rockwell Automotive Dealership Group Our automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR across multiple dealership locations and automotive franchises. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, consistency, and employee development throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead all recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation efforts across multiple dealership locations. Partner with dealership leadership to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention. Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as manufacturer and company policies. Manage benefits administration, leave programs, personnel files, and HRIS records. Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives. Coordinate performance review processes and assist with succession planning. Support payroll administration and ensure accurate employee documentation. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldpreferred 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with leadership responsibility preferred. Multi-location and/or automotive dealership experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at every level of the organization. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
