Job Overview Chery Industrial is seeking a Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the organization's human resources and administrative functions while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Responsibilities Direct the organization's Human Resources and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and office administration. Partner proactively with employees and managers to resolve workplace, performance, disciplinary, and employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and fairness. Design, implement, and oversee performance management programs, including KPIs, evaluation frameworks, review cycles, performance documentation, and employee development plans. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and management practices that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Lead and develop the HR and administrative team by setting clear expectations, delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and driving accountability for departmental results. Oversee office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, administrative procurement, corporate records management, and the planning and execution of internal company events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster positive employee relations. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing performance management programs, including KPIs, performance evaluations, and other measurable employee development systems. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR best practices, and applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to execute initiatives with a high level of accountability, translate policies into consistent operational practices, and drive process improvements across the organization. Excellent judgment, discretion, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees, vendors, and business partners.
