We offer a wide range of programs and services. We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Aftercare Nursing is 100% ESOP and EEOC. This position is a temporary with the opportunity as permanent position in our scheduling department.

Essential Position Functions:

Assist the manager of the department and in their absence lead the department. Direct field staff in cases, assignments, problem-solving and training Review appropriateness of staffing with client cases Assist in employee record keeping Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions Aftercare is completely automated and is looking for a dynamic person to join out team. Must have at least 1-2 years of scheduling experience. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
