Human Resources Director

Position Summary The Director of Human Resources will help to recruit and retain successful employees so that Ball Chain can continue to achieve and grow. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will seek to understand how Ball Chain runs and be enthusiastic about helping to engage qualified candidates for open positions, support all aspects of employee relations, and be approachable and reliable to all shareholders, managers and employees.

Human Resources responsibilities include, but are not limited to: talent acquisition, including job descriptions, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employee experience, including employee engagement and retention employee compensation and employee benefits employee relations Qualifications A successful candidate must have educationand/or experience and ease with technology including scheduling applications and videoconferencing applications demonstrated record of being an approachable member of a team familiarity with supporting all phases of an employee's time with a company, from beginning to end About Ball Chain Manufacturing Co.
