Job Description

The Manager
  • Equity Plans supports the administration and execution of the company's global equity compensation programs.
This role works closely with the Senior Manager of Equity Plans and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing of equity awards, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective operation of stock plan programs. The position focuses on operational excellence, data integrity, and day-to-day administration of equity compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4-7 years of equity compensation or stock plan administration experience
  • Working knowledge of equity plan administration and taxation
  • Experience with Fidelity PSW equity platform
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or progress toward certification
  • Experience supporting global equity compensation programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Familiarity with tax and reporting requirements such as Forms 3921 and 3922
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and equity system integrations
  • Advanced Excel skills for equity data analysis and reporting
  • Experience supporting executive or leadership equity programs Equity Plan Administration Support the administration of global equity compensation programs including:
  • Stock Options
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) Responsibilities include:
  • Processing equity grants, vesting events, ESPP enrollments & purchases
  • Maintaining accurate employee equity records in stock plan systems
  • Monitoring transactions and reconciling data with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Supporting employee inquiries regarding ESPP, equity awards and transactions Compliance & Reporting Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Coordinating equity data with various business partners, i.e. payroll, finance, HR
  • Assisting with reconciliation and reporting in Fidelity equity platform
  • Maintaining documentation of equity plan procedures and policies
  • Providing equity samplings for audit and SOX controls Operational Support Support operational efficiency of equity plan processes.
Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing equity reports and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvements and system enhancements
  • Assisting with equity system maintenance and data audits
  • Supporting annual grant cycles and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of equity programs.

  • Supporting equity education sessions when needed
