Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Lead full HR functions, ADP payroll, and benefits for non-union staff. Drive NY/multi-state compliance, annual audits, SOP coaching, and handbook updates. Onsite, M-F 9-5. ADP required; NetSuite a plus.Pay & Perks:

Serve as an empathetic listener, resolve grievances, and foster a supportive culture.Onboarding:

Maintain the employee handbook to align with state laws; write and coach managers on HR SOPs and best practices.Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Payroll:
Oversee bi-weekly processing via ADP Payroll for onsite and out-of-state staff.Benefits:
Manage enrollments for United Health (50/50 match), vision, dental, and 401(k).Software:
Partner on current NetSuite implementation and optimize ADP features.Compliance & Audits Compliance:
Ensure adherence to NY, federal, and multi-state labor laws.Audits:
