Job Description

Brunswick Pointe Transitional Care, a skilled nursing facility located in Brunswick, Ohio, is seeking an organized, approachable, empathetic leader to serve as the Human Resources Director. We are looking for an experienced individual that is seeking to help us grow not just in our consistency but in the way that we serve our residents and each other. The perfect candidate not only embodies our Core Values, but plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we lead each department in the facility with these values as our guide. The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years' of previous experience in HR management as well as payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees.
