Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department and drive organizational success through effective people management. This position offers an opportunity to shape company culture, implement innovative HR strategies, and support business growth. Duties Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organization design. Oversee employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and employee evaluation procedures to foster continuous development. Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Implement change management processes to support organizational transitions and promote a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and HR legal requirements across all HR activities. Facilitate training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while mediating conflicts effectively. Maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance management and prepare reports using Excel data analysis tools for strategic decision-making. .
