At MonArk ABA, we serve children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders by delivering high-quality, insurance-funded services—including direct therapy and individualized programming overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our mission is to expand access to essential care for children and families who may otherwise go without services. Primary Responsibilities Lead and oversee recruitment efforts in collaboration with recruitment team for eight locations. Manage the administration of biweekly payroll. Drive employee relations initiatives, including workplace culture, training, retention strategies, performance management, and annual reviews. Oversee onboarding processes and ensure accuracy and compliance of new hire documentation. Maintain and audit HR records, including hires, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Administer and manage employee benefits programs. Analyze HR metrics and trends in partnership with Senior Leadership to develop data-driven strategies, policies, and departmental KPIs. Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Execute core HR operations, including onboarding, orientation, compliance tracking, certifications, unemployment claims, exit interviews, leave administration, and return-to-work processes. Participate in employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices across HR functions. Oversee programs related to health insurance, risk management, workplace safety, and workers' compensation. Maintain timely and effective responses to employee concerns, prioritizing urgency while supporting staff satisfaction. Contribute to committees, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Proficiency in employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA). Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to diverse audiences. Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters and maintaining professional relationships. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. Required Experience & Credentials Minimum of 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
