Role Overview The HR Director, Products & Technology is a high-impact leadership role partnering with executive leaders. You will serve as the strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Products & Technology organizations as we scale the business in our mission to Power American Defense . In this capacity, you will serve as the Primary Talent Strategist for these organizations, accountable for building the high-performance organizational structures required to meet our mission-critical objectives.
