Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A hospital-based pharmacist role is available in a healthcare facility located near Loveland, OH, starting June 1st for a 13+ week contract. This position operates on a unique 7 nights on, 7 nights off schedule, working from Thursday night through Wednesday night, 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, interpret, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions. Monitor and manage patient medication therapies to ensure appropriateness and efficacy. Maintain adherence to pharmacy policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide drug information and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participate in drug therapy management during medical emergencies. Oversee and coordinate pharmacy technician daily activities to support patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program. Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams and patients.

Work Schedule:

7 consecutive night shifts followed by 7 nights off.

Shift hours:
