Job Description

Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Manufacturing / Industrial industry experience 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience This position will serve as the on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation, providing both strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees. This role requires someone equally comfortable partnering with senior leadership on organizational priorities and working directly with supervisors and employees to address day-to-day workforce needs. The HR leader will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations while helping build a strong, accountable, and engaged workplace culture. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to balance longer-term priorities with the immediate needs of a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, culture, and organizational design Drive organizational change and continuous improvement to improve effectiveness and agility. Oversee employee relations and compliance, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound HR practices. Lead core HR operations and talent acquisition, supporting hiring, retention, and workforce stability. Promote engagement, accountability, and clear communication across all levels of the organization. Serve as the primary HR partner and on-site HR leader, providing practical, hands-on support to leaders, supervisors, and employees.
