This role is responsible for recruiting qualified employees, coordinating onboarding, maintaining HR records, and helping create a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Responsibilities Recruit and interview candidates for landscaping, lawn care, office, sales, and leadership positions Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews Coordinate background checks, job offers, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation Assist with employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes Support managers with staffing needs and retention strategies Help maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies Organize employee training, recognition, and engagement initiatives Build relationships with local schools, workforce organizations, and recruiting partners Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, office management, or a related role Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Comfortable using hiring platforms, email, spreadsheets, and HR software Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance , or another seasonal industry is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience
