This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture. The HRBP plays a key role in empowering employees, driving productivity, supporting compliance, and ensuring quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and managing confidential matters with discretion.
