HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER JOB SUMMARY

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Tiffin, Ohio molding division.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Human Resource Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of human resource experience or equivalent years' experience in Human Resource field Excellent communication skills Proficient in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and computer programs Regular on site attendance

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities) Develops and administers various Human Resource plans and procedures for all company personnel Plans, organizes and controls all activates of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems Manages the employee progressive discipline procedure and terminations. Enforces plant rules of conduct and policies. Meets weekly with employees to cover any new company changes or updates Maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws Actively participates in the safety and wellness of the plant operation. Manages the workers compensation activity for the plant
