Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources operations. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. This position requires strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily HR operations and initiatives. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Coordinate employee training, development, and retention programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development. Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues when necessary. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics. Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a management role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
