- The Warewash Division of the Food Equipment Group is seeking a
- _Division_
- _Human Resource Director_
- for the on-site office in Troy, OH, located about 20 minutes north of Dayton.
Summary:
- We are in search of a Division Human Resource Director to lead the HR function for the North American Warewash business.
- What you will do:
- The major responsibilities of this role include: + Lead the development and execution of focused strategies and initiatives that will increase our ability to attract and retain talent + Lead grievance meetings/answer grievances + Lead and negotiate one of the Warewash plant facility's labor contract + Support negotiations for the Canadian operation's labor contract + Lead talent review and succession planning processes + Continuously improve onboarding and training programs + Coach and provide consultation to managers and employees + Provide guidance to Plant HR managers regarding terminations, disciplinary actions, employee concerns, legal matters, etc.

- Education and experience:
- + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Labor Relations + 10+ years of HR experience + Experience working with labor unions, including administering and negotiating collective bargaining agreements + Experience defining and administering HR policies
