You'll lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance management, while helping create a positive and productive work environment.Guidance & Support:
Partner with employees and leaders to navigate leave administration, ADA accommodations, return-to-work processes, and employment compliance requirements.- Coaching for

Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employment policies, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning.- Compliance in

Maintain accurate documentation, HR records, audits, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Visible Leadership:
Build trusted relationships through an active presence on the production floor, serving as a resource and advocate for employees and leaders alike.Culture Builder:
Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, town halls, and People COE activities that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.Partnership:
Collaborate closely with Operations, Safety, Finance, Training, and Corporate HR teams to achieve plant objectives and drive continuous improvement. - Experience in the Human Resources field in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to manage complex situations with sound judgment
- The ability to influence the Plant Director and other site leaders in daily interactions using data and HR expertise. Experience working closely with employees in streamlining processes and supporting change management
- Proven history of successful people management including coaching leaders, training teams and difficult conversations
- Experience using Kronos/Ceridian and SAP Compensation The annual salary range is $79,400
- 109,230, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
