A. PURPOSE HR
Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management The position builds strong relationships with managers & employees to enhance workforce performance by supporting employee development, plan strategic HR initiatives, and serve as a consultant on all general HR issues.
B. DUTIES

Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains knowledge of legal, compliance, regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance. Partners with the

Manager on relevant matters . Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention to organizational engagement actions.. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Leads daily administration of benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, leaves administration, disability programs, voluntary/supplemental benefits, and wellness programs Provides guidance on employee benefits-related questions, research and resolve benefits issues, partnering with appropriate management and third-party vendors on escalated matters Oversees reconciliation of regular premium invoices, claims, and costs in partnership with accounting and third-party vendors Conduct and coordinate benefit education meetings (i.e., NEO, 401(K), Open Enrollment, wellness) Monitors eligibility, limitations, and restrictions of plan participants and ensures compliance with both plan provisions and government requirements Measures the success of the benefit plan Responsible for the administration of COBRA compliance Be a Champion in safety and quality efforts with department leads and ensure appropriate relative training activities are completed as well as motivate others to be active in these areas Competencies Business Acumen Communication Consultation.
