Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager with Human Resources experience to lead our retail team to success. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales teams, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your expertise in HR functions such as employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training will be vital in fostering a motivated and cohesive team. You will drive sales growth, manage inventory, and implement effective merchandising strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine retail management with HR leadership to create a thriving store environment. Key Responsibilities This role includes, but is not limited to: Leading and motivating staff while fostering a respectful and productive workplace. Delivering high-quality customer service aligned with company standards. Hiring, training, and onboarding new employees. Managing employee schedules and serving as on-call support for emergencies. Coordinating vendor relationships, including deliveries and contract management. Maintaining facility upkeep, safety protocols, and overall store security. Operating our inventory systems, including back-office software and Point-of-Sale. Adding new products. Making pricing updates. Qualifications Prior management experience preferred Basic computer proficiency required; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
