This career opportunity offers the chance to work for a growing LV company. The position offers an excellent salary and benefits package. The primary shift will be 2nd, but the ability to work 1st shift during training and at other times of year as needed is a must.
Responsibilities:
work w/ managers on performance, employee relations, and correction actions perform key HR operations including payroll support, staffing, and compliance recruit and hire talent build staffing plans and develop/deliver training to strengthen the workforce assist in onboarding to ensure success for new employees Candidates for this role must have 7-10 years' HRBP/HR Generalist experience. A Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a similar field is a must. Successful candidates will be able to drive projects, communicate effectively w/ all levels of the organization, and use excellent judgement in complex situations.
