is partnering with a growing Manufacturing/Distribution company to identify a Human Resources Manager (Dual Site) who will play a key role in supporting leadership and employees across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as a trusted HR business partner, resolving employee relations matters, supporting talent initiatives, and helping implement effective HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to identify and address HR needs. Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, policies, and employment practices. Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and the employee life cycle. Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, workplace relationships, and productivity. Lead and support HR initiatives, organizational changes, and policy implementation. Promote consistency and compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. Provide guidance and support to employees and management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment required. Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations. Experience partnering with managers and leadership. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits, Pay & Schedule:
