RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Design and implement effective recruiting/interviewing strategies Onboard new employees ensuring compliance to screening/policy needs Act as a point of contact and deliver on client needs Manage team of recruiters and onsite support Oversee management of HR duties (payroll, injuries, incidents, etc)

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE

Ability to speak any combination of English, Spanish, French, Swahili and/or Creole Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and text documents Passion for superior internal and external customer service Ability to multitask Strong sense of urgency Friendly and outgoing personality

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
