Job Description

Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources / Staff Scheduler to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for supporting Human Resources functions while coordinating staffing schedules to ensure quality resident care. Growth and Advancement Responsibilities Human Resources:
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee personnel files Coordinate background checks, physicals, TB testing, and other pre-employment requirements Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist employees with HR-related questions and benefits information Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Staff Scheduling:
Create and maintain nursing department schedules Fill open shifts and coordinate staffing coverage Communicate with employees regarding schedule changes and shift availability Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with facility requirements Work closely with department managers to meet staffing needs Maintain scheduling records and reports
Qualifications:
Previous Human Resources, staffing, or scheduling experience preferred Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus Experience with scheduling software is preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Apply today!
