The Role:
Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site, ensuring alignment to business priorities and corporate HR strategy Partner with global Project Management leadership to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across the CSS PM organization Act as a trusted advisor to site and functional leaders on talent, organisation design, and workforce strategy Partner with global PM leadership to execute talent strategy Support organisational design and capability development Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies Deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions 20% annual global travel expectations Other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree required; advance degree, preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience Experience in manufacturing environment, preferred Strong employment law and HR expertise Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
