Requirements 6+ years of HR experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Proven experience in full-cycle HR within a high-volume setting
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Hands-on experience managing complex leave cases (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp)
Comfortable working directly on the production floor and engaging with employees at all levels
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment
A proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work flexible hours, including one evening per week
Ability to work onsite full-time
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with timekeeping systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual skills are a plus
