Onsite Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Day Shift and Night Shifts Open. (1-hour lunch, overtime possible)

Pay:

$25 per hour + OT Paid at $37.50

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Onsite Supervisor to manage staffing operations at a fast-paced warehouse facility in Newville, PA . This role is the key liaison between the staffing agency and client, ensuring smooth operations, workforce compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between client and staffing team Oversee daily workforce operations including attendance, headcounts, and shift starts Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, and adjustments as needed Lead onboarding, orientation, and provide basic training for new associates Address and resolve employee concerns and minor HR issues Maintain detailed records, including timecards, incident reports, and performance evaluations Monitor productivity and report performance metrics to internal leadership Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations Support recruiting by identifying future staffing needs and participating in hiring Foster a team-oriented environment with strong employee engagement

Requirements:

1-3 years of supervisory or staffing experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting 2 years staffing agency experience Fluency in English and Spanish is required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing 20-100 employees Proficient with scheduling tools, timekeeping systems, and MS Office Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Reliable transportation and full onsite availability
