Overview Join our dynamic organization as an HR Manager and lead the strategic and operational functions of our human resources department. As an energetic leader, you will drive HR programs that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Your expertise will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and promote a thriving work environment where everyone can excel. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development programs. Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing top talent through innovative HR sourcing techniques, managing interview processes, and overseeing onboarding procedures such as employee orientation. Oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, facilitate regular reviews, and implement improvement plans. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, conducting misconduct investigations, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing via HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. Supervise HR team members, providing guidance on HR legal compliance management, regulatory requirements including FMLA and Workers' Compensation, and process improvements. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring or policy updates while maintaining clear communication across all levels of staff. Experience Proven supervisory experience leading human resources teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic planning and program management. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and employee misconduct investigations to ensure adherence to all regulations. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employee evaluation techniques, and human capital management practices. Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, data analysis for HR metrics, and process improvement methodologies. Hands-on experience with HR systems such as ADP, Kronos workforce management tools, Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for payroll and data collection purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and diverse teams. Familiarity with benefits administration, employee relations management, and strategic thinking in HR leadership roles is highly desirable.
