We are seeking an experienced, on-site Senior HR Business Partner with 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience , including a strong track record of high-volume recruitment for professional-level positions . This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven HR professional who can partner effectively with leaders while bringing deep expertise in recruiting and talent strategy. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for professional and specialized positions. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. Leverage recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive hiring outcomes. Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining efficient and compliant recruiting practices. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee initiatives. Use technology and recruiting systems to streamline processes and improve overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience , with significant experience recruiting professional-level positions in a high-volume environment. Strong business partnership and consultative skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels. Strong technical acumen and the ability to leverage HR technology, recruiting platforms, data, and analytics. Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree required. PHR or SHRM certification required.
