Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a hands-on HR role responsible for delivering operational and consultative support to designated business units. This position serves as a key link between employees, leadership, and the broader HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
Location:
Reading, PA (100% onsite)
Salary:
$33.00 - $36.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer the performance review process for assigned teams. Support and promote employee engagement initiatives. Address routine employee relations concerns and escalate more complex matters as needed. Ensure adherence to internal policies and assist with audit readiness and compliance requirements. Maintain and distribute job descriptions, ensuring documentation is up to date and acknowledged. Manage offboarding processes, including necessary documentation and system updates. Process personnel changes and maintain accurate employee records within HR systems. Partner with appropriate teams to manage employee disciplinary actions when applicable. Review and validate new hire documentation and onboarding workflows. Conduct regular audits of employee data and system records to ensure accuracy. Process internal employee transfers and status changes. Serve as an initial point of contact for workplace incidents and coordinate with relevant teams as needed. Maintain and update employee rosters and reporting tools. Collaborate with recruitment partners to monitor hiring activity and workforce needs. Facilitate onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to policies and workplace expectations. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM or HRCI) preferred 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field required Experience in mission-driven or service-oriented organizations is a plus Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered LA123
