Job Description

Genesis HCC is seeking an Onsite Campus People Strategy Partner to align workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement with our compassionate, patient-centered mission. In this onsite role, you will partner with campus and clinical leaders to forecast staffing needs, drive recruitment strategies, support onboarding, and implement retention and recognition programs. You will analyze workforce data, guide succession planning, and ensure HR practices support regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborating across disciplines, you'll coach managers, champion culture initiatives, and help build a high-performing, mission-driven care environment. Responsibilities Partner with campus and clinical leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals Forecast workforce needs and develop campus staffing plans Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives Analyze workforce and HR metrics to guide decision-making Implement employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building programs Support performance management, coaching, and talent development Coordinate succession planning and leadership development efforts Ensure HR practices align with regulatory and organizational standards Collaborate with corporate HR and cross-functional teams on initiatives Serve as an onsite HR resource for managers and staff Required Skills Workforce planning Talent acquisition and recruiting Employee engagement program design HR data analysis and reporting Performance management processes Succession planning and talent development HR compliance and employment law basics Change management in healthcare settings HRIS and MS Excel proficiency Stakeholder management and coaching skills
