5-8 years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership or manager-level role. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with professional verbal communication skills in both languages and the ability to communicate effectively with frontline employees, managers, and leadership. Working knowledge of federal and Arizona employment law, wage-and-hour requirements, leave administration, employee relations, I-9/E-Verify and work authorization requirements, benefits administration, and HR best practices. Experience leading or supervising HR staff and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment. Ability to manage select companywide responsibilities, including benefits programs and executive succession planning support, while maintaining primary ownership of onsite HR execution. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP orPHR/SPHR
certification preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, organization, problem-solving, and judgment skills. Full-time onsite presence with flexibility to support multiple shifts or facility needs when required. Flexibility on remote work.
