Job Description

Clinical Program Manager (RN) As a leading Home Care Staffing Agency in the greater Boston area, we are seeking a dynamic, clinically experienced Registered Nurse to partner directly with the President in driving operational excellence, quality outcomes, and strategic growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for an RN with a strong background in Home Care and/or Hospice Case Management who is ready to expand into business operations, program development, and team leadership. The Clinical Program Manager will play a key role in bridging clinical excellence with business performance. A focus on ensuring exceptional client experiences, supporting field staff, and contributing to strategic growth. Currently open to 24-32 hours/week as partor full-time in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Client Relations Serve as a primary clinical liaison for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and community partners Support successful placements by aligning clinical needs with staffing solutions Provide guidance and problem-solving for more complex project management Operations & Staffing Oversight Collaborate on daily staffing operations to ensure optimal coverage and quality outcomes Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing support of clinical staff Provide leadership and direction to internal team members and field clinicians Quality & Compliance Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards Support development and implementation of policies, procedures, and clinical programs Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement Lead for Joint Commission survey readiness and oversight Business Development & Growth Contribute to agency growth through relationship-building and industry insight Identify opportunities to expand services and improve market positioning Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and program development Utilize problem-solving skills to address client and market needs Financial & Strategic Acumen Develop an understanding of financial drivers within staffing and home care operations Support budgeting, margin awareness, and performance metrics Balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 3-5 years of Home Care and/or Hospice Case Management experience Experience in Managed Care a plus Demonstrated experience in progressive leadership or informal team leadership roles Strong understanding of community-based care delivery and patient needs Proven track record in quality, compliance, and clinical excellence Sales and marketing acumen with industry awareness
