- and board-level dashboards, to track program effectiveness, engagement trends, and key talent KPIs Learning & Development Own the end-to-end learning and development function, designing, piloting, iterating, and implementing differentiated learning paths for individual contributors, people managers, and senior leaders Continuously assess, evaluate, and evolve training programs and tools, including the LMS, with ownership of content architecture, learning path configuration, utilization reporting, and vendor and content partnerships Ensure learning infrastructure scales effectively across acquisitions by harmonizing inherited programs and building toward a cohesive, enterprise-wide development framework Lead the annual HR compliance training strategy and delivery through KnowBe4
What You'll Bring Required:
Minimum 10+ years in HR, with specialist depth in talent management and organizational effectiveness; experience in performance management, L&D or OD a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Proven track record designing and scaling talent and learning systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong analytical skills; ability to build data narratives and use talent metrics to drive decisions and stakeholder buy-in Experience partnering directly with C-suite and senior business leaders — not just supporting, but advising Hands-on program builder: comfortable operating without established infrastructure and driving initiatives from concept through execution Experience with multi-location or post-acquisition workforce complexity ADP, or comparable HRIS platform experiencePreferred:
Master's Degree in Human Resources HR SHRM or other recognized HR certification Experience in private equity-backed and/or acquisition-driven environments LMS administration and Culture Amp a plus Work Environment & Schedule This position is based in New York City, NY with a hybrid work schedule Standard working hours are Monday- Friday, 8:30am
- 5:00pm Travel requirements: minimal Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000
- $175,000 based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
